It doesn’t get any bigger or better than this! New York deserves its reputation as the city that never sleeps. This is a city I came to once or twice a week for years as part of my work. My retirement and the pandemic in 2000 changed all that… I went five years without setting foot in the city. Not on purpose… it just happened. Then we went back and realized how special it is!

NYC Spotlights

I walked around the Grand Central Station part of the city early one Saturday morning. I was struck by the light… especially how it seemed to cast spotlights in the intersections. Add some people and it reminded me of stage lighting… with a performance going on in each location. Here are a few favorites from that morning.
