This is one of the most picturesque national parks I have been to.  And it is so accessible to hike.  You start off at the rim and hike about 1,000 feet down into the canyon among the hoodoos and spires.  The light bouncing off the colored walls is amazing and it makes it possible to take great photographs at almost any time of day. I was here for only a couple days and i intend to visit again.
